Skills Required
- High school diploma or certified equivalent
- 6 or more years third-party medical billing or medical collections experience
- In-depth knowledge of medical procedural coding (CPT and ICD10) and reimbursement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines and standards
- Working knowledge of medical A/R software programs and PC skills
- Close attention to detail and competence in basic math concepts
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
