technology research, inventions management, asset portfolio management PI, licensing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for autonomous, dynamic, and dedicated Team Player, who will take ownership of the following activities :
- Day-to-day communication in English both internally as well as externally – Clients, Sales, Accounting,
Credit Management, other internal teams
- Complete processing of the invoices in ERP and other related systems
- Submitting invoices in various portals
- Modyfing Ledes invoices
- Intercompany invoicing within Questel Group
- Client accounts creation, completing client onboarding forms
- Client accrual requests
- Responding to financial and contractual requests, including cooperation with external auditors
- Preparing miscellaneous reports/analysis

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and experience:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable/billing/sales administration
- Degree in Finance, Accountiing or a related field is preffered
- Experience in working in multinational environment
- IT knowledge - proficiency in Excel, accounting software, ERP systems – Exact would be an advantage)

- Very rigorous, able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency
- High accuracy and attention to details, ability to work easily with numbers, also under time pressure
(month-end closing)
