What you'll be doing

• Design Scalable Architecture - Architect, implement, and optimize robust ML pipelines that handle massive datasets with elegance and efficiency, from collection through preprocessing to production deployment.
• Pioneer Technical Solutions - Apply state-of-the-art machine learning technologies to solve complex challenges while maintaining the agility to incorporate emerging innovations.
• Drive Cross-Functional Excellence - Collaborate strategically with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and Product leaders to transform advanced ML solutions into production-ready systems.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and Big Data systems at high scale.
• Mastery of Big Data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Trino, Ray, or Dask.
• Experience with modern data lake technologies (Iceberg, Delta Lake, Hudi) and cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Proven track record developing highly scalable backend services handling billions of daily events and requests.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with ML training and serving systems (offline & online).
• Advanced knowledge of streaming technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis. Strong programming skills in Python, Java or Scala. Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Kubeflow.

You might also have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with popular ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Exposure to advanced MLOps solutions (MLflow, Feast, Seldon Core, KServe).
• Knowledge or experience with vector databases, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
