Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Palantir to join our Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful solutions across various domains, including Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, HR, Risk Management, and Global IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive technical migration plan involving data ingestion, transformation, storage, and access control using Azure Data Factory and data lake solutions.
• Build scalable and reusable frameworks for efficient data ingestion.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing robust validation and cleansing mechanisms.
• Work with event-based and streaming technologies for real-time data processing.
• Provide technical leadership and support, addressing technical challenges and guiding the team during migration and post-migration phases.
• Stay current with advancements in cloud computing, data engineering, and analytics technologies to recommend best practices and industry standards for data lake implementations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Palantir.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Azure or Google Cloud.
• Strong background in data modeling and source system analysis.
• Proficiency with PySpark.
• Mastery of SQL.
• Ability to perform data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for designing and constructing data flows.
• Experience with data visualization and exploration tools.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data science solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective team player with outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

Additional Information

• Experience preparing data for Data Science and Machine Learning.
