Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to join our European, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) team within the Bid Management function. In this role, you will be responsible for independently coordinating all aspects of formal tender responses and proactive bids, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and customer-centric proposals are delivered. You will work closely with Bid Managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to articulate Iron Mountain’s value proposition effectively.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and develop professional, compliant bid responses and proposals, utilizing content management systems and other digital resources.
- Collaborate with Bid Managers, sales, legal, pricing, and technical teams to consolidate contributions and produce cohesive, strategically aligned proposals for complex, multi-solution bids.
- Ensure quality and consistency by managing mid-market bid projects from initiation through submission and contributing to the curation of the reusable content library to maintain relevance and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Several years of demonstrated experience coordinating public or commercial sector bids.
- Strong knowledge of proposal development processes and excellent writing and editing skills demonstrated by a University degree.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision and influence stakeholders across various functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with content management systems is highly desirable.
