Job Summary
As a Senior BI Analyst and Team Lead, you will play a vital role in our organization by not only designing, validating, and creating data visualizations and models but also by managing a team of data analysts. Your responsibilities will extend beyond individual analytical work to include guiding and mentoring other data analysts, ensuring cross-project good practices in the field, and enhancing the efficiency and usability of data reporting tools for our clients. By collaborating with experts from diverse disciplines, you will collectively deliver innovative solutions that drive our client's business to new heights. - Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst for more than 5 years.
- MUST HAVES: QLik Mashups, QLik Sense & SQL strong proficiency
- Experience creating data visualizations and models to generate business insights and support consultancy advice provided by the wider consultancy team.
- Ability to translate product design requirements into specifications that will be used to develop data objects and/or visualizations, ensuring usability is as consistent as possible.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in using set analysis and set expressions, as well as creating data load scripts in data load editor to develop in Qlik Sense, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JSON.
- Utilizing scripting languages to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience working with client-bound data teams to present, assess, and validate proposals.
- Openness to collaborate with designers in order to craft a consistent, scalable visual system tied to a core brand visual system that can be rolled out across enterprise dashboards.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with good communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
- Qlik's certifications would be a plus.
- Advanced English level B2+
