Entravision AdTech Services (ATS) is looking for a Senior BI & Analytics Engineer to own and scale the analytics infrastructure across our global function. This role sits at the center of Finance, Operations, and Product reporting — responsible for turning raw data from our ERP, CRM, adtech, and HRIS platforms into reliable, decision-ready intelligence.

You will build and maintain our BI reporting layer, design scalable data pipelines, and partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and Business Development teams to deliver dashboards, models, and ad-hoc analyses that drive strategic decisions across Adwake, Smadex, and Playback Rewards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance BI ownership:  Design, build, and maintain production Power BI dashboards and semantic models across GSS business units — covering financial performance, revenue, operational KPIs, and compliance metrics.
  • Data pipeline engineering:  Build robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines sourcing from ERP, CRM, HRIS, T&E, Payroll system, etc.
  • Financial reporting:  Own multi-entity financial reporting models, including advertiser concentration analysis, margin analytics, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition dashboards.
  • Data modeling:  Design and document dimensional data models (star schema, SCD) for financial and adtech datasets; maintain a single source of truth for key KPIs across entities.
  • Self-service enablement:  Build and maintain standardized datasets and templates that empower Finance and Business stakeholders to answer questions independently without analyst bottlenecks.
  • Adtech analytics:  Develop reporting on campaign performance, publisher margins, DSP/SSP revenue, and attribution data — connecting adtech signals to financial outcomes.
  • Governance & lineage:  Implement data quality checks, documentation, and lineage tracking to support SOX-compliant reporting and audit readiness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics engineering roles in a commercial environment
  • Expert-level BI skills: DAX, data modeling, row-level security, deployment pipelines, incremental refresh
  • Strong SQL skills across multiple platforms (SQL Server, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt, Azure Data Factory, Python, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with ERP financial data, ideally NetSuite — understanding GL structures, cost centres, intercompany eliminations, and period-end reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM data models (Salesforce) and the ability to join CRM pipeline data with financial actuals
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business questions into data models and dashboards
  • Experience working in SOX-compliant or audit-sensitive environments
  • Exceptional English skills (C1 level), both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with adtech platforms: MMPs, DSP/SSP reporting APIs
  • dbt (data build tool) experience for modular, tested SQL transformations
  • Background in adtech, mobile marketing, FinTech, or performance marketing analytics
  • Python for data pipeline scripting and automation
  • AWS and/or GCP cloud data platform experience
