What you'll do
- Ensure that external reports have clear actionables to help our clients.
- Continuously work on improving dashboard performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design, build, maintain and improve dashboards to monitor key KPIs and operational performance.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize data pipelines and data models used across the organization.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
- Write efficient, scalable SQL to explore and analyze large datasets.
- Document processes and share knowledge with the team to support continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 5 years of experience working in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
- Experience with GitHub or any version control tool.
- Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Experience working with stakeholders across different teams (Product, Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for using data to solve real business problems.
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with DBT or similar data transformation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Experience with different types of data modeling.
