Description

1. Analyze claims, utilization, and employee data to identify trends.

2. Develop and distribute reports/dashboards for leadership.

3. Lead annual open enrollment planning, testing, and rollout.

4. Monitor vendor SLAs and escalate performance issues.

5. Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA.

6. Act as SME for escalated and complex employee benefit issues.

7. Recommend enhancements based on analytics.

8. Support cross-functional HR and Finance projects.

9. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and a service-oriented approach consistent with Arkansas Children’s mission and values.

  • 7 years of related work experience
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - HRCI
  • SHRM-CP
