Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Benefit Analyst to join our Total Rewards team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic benefit design, annual renewal processes, and financial management of benefit plans across your designated region, ensuring all programs are cost-effective, competitive, and legally compliant.
You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking regional team dedicated to balancing global corporate consistency with vital local relevance to optimize the "Mountaineer" experience.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Benefit Design & Strategy Support: Review regional benefit designs and policies, extracting data-driven insights from third-party vendor reports and internal platforms to support strategic design recommendations and plan updates.
Annual Renewals & Vendor Management: Support the annual contract renewal process and assist with vendor negotiations, focusing on cost-containment, service level optimization, and tracking Service Level Agreements.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Track regulatory compliance obligations, manage data integrity, and develop executive dashboards to report on program effectiveness, cost trends, and utilization metrics.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence, Human Resources teams, and peers to draft clear, accurate Subject Matter Expert-reviewed benefit communications that drive localized program awareness and trust.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
3–5+ years of progressive international benefits experience with a strong focus on data analysis, plan design support, or vendor renewal processes in the designated region.
Strong knowledge of complex data aggregation, census files, plan documents, and data analysis, with a high preference for practical experience in Workday and ServiceNow.
Professional fluency in verbal and written English (required), with a high desirability for proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
Proven ability in negotiation support, influencing within a matrixed environment, maintaining organizational agility, and executing a continuous-improvement mindset for process enhancement.
Skills Required
