Position OverviewAs a Benefit Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management, data collection, and performance analysis of our global benefit plans. Reporting to the Director, Financials & Performance, you will assist in the collection, aggregation, and routine analysis of data for global pooled financing arrangements and performance metrics. This role is responsible for maintaining financial tracking tools, preparing standard and periodic reporting, and supporting regional teams to ensure global alignment, cost tracking, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities1. Global Financial Oversight & Data SupportFinancial Tracking & Maintenance: Support and maintain existing financial tracking tools and basic forecasting models for regional teams to facilitate consistent global data collection.
Pooled Financing & Data Consolidation: Collect and consolidate global data for pooled financing arrangements, monitoring key metrics and assisting in identifying cost trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) colleagues and benefits administration team members to provide foundational financial insights and help track savings initiatives.
Standard Reporting: Prepare regular reporting packages, dashboards, and presentation materials summarizing global benefit financials and performance metrics for management review.
Dashboard Support: Assist in updating and maintaining global performance dashboards to provide clear visibility into program utilization and financial tracking.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct routine ad-hoc financial and data analyses to support global benefits initiatives and track financial metrics across the function.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, benefits finance, HR analytics, or data analytics.
Data & Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in manipulating, cleaning, and analyzing datasets and census files [cite: 1]. Solid Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, sumifs) and PowerPoint are required. Familiarity with Workday or standard financial tracking software is preferred.
Languages: Professional fluency in verbal and written English is required.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; solid organizational skills with the ability to manage routine priorities effectively; strong written and verbal communication skills; and a details-oriented mindset focused on data accuracy.
