The Senior BCBA is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.

About What You’ll Work On:
Clinical Excellence Duties:
Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 on a consistent basis
Work 4 days weekly onsite
Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
Support the team to ensure clinical metrics met
10% Supervision
1 Hour month Parent Training
Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress
Participate in monthly leadership development trainings to assist Site Director or step in during their absence
Communication and feedback development
Clinic and Clinician KPIs
Manage clinic crises
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
External Applicants: Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
Internal Applicants (Current MeBe staff): Minimum of 1 year, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
