Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers post-onboarding. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, proactively improving their health score, and driving subscription renewals.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage relationships with assigned customers, acting as their main advocate within the company.
* Proactively monitor customer health scores, identify potential risks, and implement retention strategies.
* Conduct regular check-ins to review usage, address concerns, and highlight opportunities for additional value.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
* Ensure timely and successful renewals of customer subscriptions.
* Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in SaaS companies.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and professional customer handling.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot.
* Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
