Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers post-onboarding. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, proactively improving their health score, and driving subscription renewals.
Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with assigned customers, acting as their main advocate within the company
Proactively monitor customer health scores, identify potential risks, and implement retention strategies
Conduct regular check-ins to review usage, address concerns, and highlight opportunities for additional value
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
Ensure timely and successful renewals of customer subscriptions
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in SaaS companies
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving abilities and professional customer handling
Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
