You will be working with one of our partners in Saudi that is transforming the insurance industry in the Kingdom with smart, instant, and purposeful solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using Java Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement best practices for coding, security, and API design.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and maintain microservices architecture.
• Ensure robust testing (unit, integration, and performance) to improve software quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and architecture decisions.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
