Sword Predict is a platform designed to proactively identify and engage members who are at high risk of escalating musculoskeletal (MSK) healthcare costs. By guiding these individuals toward conservative, AI-driven care solutions, Predict helps reduce unnecessary surgeries and interventions, significantly cutting healthcare waste for both members and clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Understanding the current lifestyle and development of new lifecycles with emphasis on software quality processes.
- Strong IC and leadership skills. Dive deep or act as a multiplier depending on the situation.
- Lead cross-functional projects across growth, data operations teams.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to establish metrics and methodologies for both tracking, optimization, and goaling purposes.
- Good level of written and technical English.
- Ability to work with stakeholders globally in different timezones.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years with back-end development.
- 3+ years with system design and architecture.
- Proficient in backend languages like Ruby, Python, Java.
What we would love to see:
- Experience working with ML systems (as a backend engineer, not a ML engineer).
- Experience working with data intensive systems.
