Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and complex data workflows.
- Integrate external data sources (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace) into our systems.
- Work with tools like Airbyte and other ETL/integration platforms.
- Implement secure and scalable enterprise permission models (e.g., ACL, RBAC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Engineering) to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to backend architecture improvements, API design, and performance optimization.
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a backend focus.
- Proficient in Node.js and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Hands-on experience with data integration, data engineering, and ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Jira, Notion, and Google APIs.
- Familiarity with ACL, RBAC, or other enterprise-level access control systems.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Airbyte or similar data integration platforms.
- Knowledge of React.js or experience in a full-stack environment.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
