Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operate machine learning solutions on the DS365AI platform. This role focuses on developing production-ready ML pipelines, deploying models using AWS SageMaker, managing experiments with MLflow, and enabling scalable MLOps workflows for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and deploy ML models using AWS SageMaker.

• Design end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment).

• Use MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and artifact management.

• Package ML workloads using containers for reproducible deployments.

• Support batch and real-time inference services.

• Integrate ML solutions with backend APIs and DS365AI services.

• Monitor model performance, drift, and operational metrics.

• Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and DevOps teams.

• Document ML workflows and operational processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker.

• Experience using MLflow in production.

• Solid understanding of MLOps practices.

• Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

• Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized ML workloads.

• Experience with AWS S3 or similar object storage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SageMaker Pipelines or Kubeflow.

• Exposure to GenAI / LLMs (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).

• Experience with Kafka / event-driven systems.

• Knowledge of CI/CD for ML systems.

Education / Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• Master’s degree is a plus.
