- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and ship features that deliver real value to healthcare professionals and patients
- Design and implement robust technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and usability across our back-end applications
- Contribute to technical decisions and architectural choices — not just implementation — helping shape the long-term direction of the platform
- Navigate integration complexity across a broad and diverse partner ecosystem, balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability
- Champion AI-assisted development workflows and help elevate your team's proficiency with these tools
- Share your expertise across teams to evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standards through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and pair programming
- Have strong back-end software engineering experience with the JVM ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot)
- Have hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools and are comfortable integrating them into your daily workflow
- Have significant experience navigating integration complexity across large partner networks and diverse legacy systems
- Have a "user first" mindset and are committed to building secure, well-tested, and pragmatic code — you bring a strong testing culture and care deeply about code quality and system resiliency
- Are proactive, curious, and eager to grow alongside your teammates through pair programming and cross-team collaboration
