  • Develop and maintain reports, visualizations, and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions or support data exploration.
  • Contribute to the automation of data workflows and infrastructure management (e.g., CI/CD for data pipelines).
  • Document data architectures, pipeline designs, and processes.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and tools to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or similar role.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and operating data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS, specifically using services like S3 and Kinesis Firehose.

  • Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes for data workloads.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one common data engineering programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java).
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and tools to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis, including creating reports, visualizations, and dashboards (using tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and database design (both relational and NoSQL).
  • Experience collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software/data engineering best practices.
  • A proactive attitude, keen problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in English and understand technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with specific AWS data services like Redshift, Athena etc
  • Experience with the Confluent Platform or Kafka Streams.
