Senior Backend Engineer - Agentic Pentest

We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build the infrastructure that powers our platform at scale.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work alongside top-tier engineers, designing and building secure, high-performance systems in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and want your work to have real impact - we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and other engineering teams on system architecture and requirements
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
• Lead code reviews and promote best engineering practices
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Continuously improve system design, reliability, and development processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• AI-First Approach – Active and proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to streamline coding practices, accelerate learning curves, and optimize workflows.
• Strong experience building scalable, production-grade systems
• Proficiency in Node.js
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Bonus Points for :

• Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Security domain.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
