We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications. You will be instrumental in shaping our technical architecture while ensuring high performance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Development:
- Design and implement robust backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Architect and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high scalability.
- Implement security measures and data protection solutions.
2. System Management:
- Lead the development lifecycle from conception to deployment using SDLC methodologies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure system reliability and business continuity.
- Perform thorough testing and quality assurance procedures.
- Monitor and improve system performance metrics.
3. Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, UX designers, and business analysts.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve our tech stack.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills:
- Experience 3 - 10 years of proven software development.
- Strong proficiency in web services frameworks (e.g. NodeJS, Python, C#) .NET is preferred.
- Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals including TCP/IP protocols, Network security, Load balancing and Reverse-proxy configurations.
2.Preferred Skills:
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Container orchestration expertise (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Strong command of English.
