We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team!
What You'll Do:
- Be part of a team of frontend and backend engineers, working in an agile environment, using mainly Python and VueJS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Ensure code quality through peer code reviews and adherence to best practices in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery.
- Ensure quality release by developing the corresponding Unit Tests and Test Automations
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure solutions for complex business needs.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of learning by sharing new techniques, technologies, and best practices.
What We Look For:
- 7+ years of hands on experience in software development using server-side Python technologies, VueJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 is a must
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Expertise with Django Rest Framework and async development using Celery.
- Proficiency in databases such as Postgres, MySQL, etc.
- Strong experience with Restful APIs, Docker, AWS, Airflow, Sentry, and OpenSearch.
- Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Delivery, and agile development methodologies.
- Expertise in Git and Github.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design solutions for complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
