Senior B2B Marketing Specialist at SpotHero: 

The Sr B2B Marketing Specialist will drive go-to-market marketing initiatives for B2B products and value propositions by planning, executing and scaling marketing campaigns aimed at developing relationships with SpotHero’s existing operator partners and supporting the sales team in acquiring new partners. As part of the Go-to-market Team, the Sr B2B Marketing Specialist is uniquely positioned to collaborate cross-departmentally with the Marketing and Product Teams, while contributing directly to a larger Enablement strategy for the Sales organization.


What you will do: 

  • Lead B2B campaign and content calendar, by working cross functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align the sales initiative's messaging and timing.
  • Lead development of thought leadership strategy to elevate subject matter experts and regional voices within the sales team.
  • Partner with the Sales team to develop and assist in the development of compelling presentations, collateral and selling assets.
  • Develop a marketing newsletter to share high-level marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Write copy for all B2B marketing campaigns including email, social media (primarily LinkedIn), web content and case studies. 
  • Execute marketing plans for strategic brand partnerships.
  • Manage and deliver webinars in support of lead generation and brand elevation by partnering with internal subject matter experts, marketing and sales.
  • Leads trade show strategy and execution as needed.
  • Manage and promote B2B content and collateral on platforms utilized by Sales teams.
  • Analyze, propose and oversee processes for sales rep usage of B2B materials, working in concert with the Product team to elevate our internal platform.
  • Work with Sales and Product to develop customer segments and personas to be utilized for product engagement, marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. 
  • Outline customer journeys for our operating partners that enable us to map complementary touchpoints and collateral.
  • Develop market-specific strategies for operator partner engagement, including collateral, events, swag and communications.
  • Source data and manage analytics for B2B campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of sales reps on B2B materials and strategy.
  • Conduct regular shadowing sessions with sales reps, as well as participate in external meetings, to maintain a close pulse on the B2B audience.
  • Lead the charge on parking industry updates, news and events as they relate to sales efforts and SpotHero’s position as an industry leader.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A clear understanding of sales methodology and processes.


You may also have: 

  • Experience with a two-sided marketplace / B2B2C company.
  • Experience managing trade show activities involving a company booth and other assets.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Showpad, Asana, Highspot, and Confluence.
