The Sales Operations Specialist drives the sales operations strategy, manages internal tools and processes, and supports revenue teams by optimizing workflows and improving sales productivity.

The Senior Product Manager will lead acquisition strategies, develop product visions, manage high-stakes initiatives, and foster relationships to drive new user growth for SpotHero.

Support Technical Accounts by triaging integration requests, executing Atom Feed/API configs and bulk SFDC uploads, monitoring Slack queues, maintaining Salesforce ticket queues, onboarding PARCS integrations, documenting workflows in Confluence, and escalating complex issues to senior staff or Integrations Squad.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and optimizing parking supply from major partners. Build long-term client relationships, consultatively sell SpotHero products, onboard and train clients, collaborate with operations, mentor junior team members, attend industry events, and meet revenue targets while ensuring data integrity and smooth account operations.

Sell SpotHero products to parking operators, property and asset managers across territories. Prospect, cold-call/canvas, build pipeline, own full sales cycle, close new accounts, attend events, and collaborate with Sales Enablement and regional teams to develop and execute sales strategy.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and optimizing parking supply from major partners. Build consultative relationships, onboard and train clients, upsell products, ensure smooth operations with Field teams, host client meetings and events, mentor junior sales staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and performance.

Design and improve internal tools and workflows to streamline onboarding and operations. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments; create user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mocks, and design documentation; collaborate with product managers and engineers; and use analytics to measure and iterate on product outcomes while contributing to the design system.

Perform marketing analytics using SQL and dbt to measure channel performance, attribution, CAC/ROAS, and campaign lift. Build and maintain Looker dashboards and data models, automate reporting, support CRM targeting, and partner cross-functionally to inform marketing and finance decisions while ensuring data quality.

Lead and improve Legal & Compliance operations by developing processes, implementing tools (contract, compliance, project tracking), managing budgets and invoices, driving change management and training, and partnering cross-functionally to increase team efficiency and knowledge sharing.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a squad focused on pricing, manage team execution, ensure quality delivery, and mentor engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
