We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to build and operate secure, scalable DevOps capabilities across cloud, data, and AI workloads.
You will focus on Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Azure, Docker, AKS, automation, observability, and DevSecOps, helping engineering teams deliver applications and platforms efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Build reusable deployment templates, modules, and golden paths
- Integrate Git repositories, automated testing, security scanning, artifacts, and release workflows
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments
- Support multi-environment deployments across Dev, Test, Acceptance, and Production
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and deployment analytics
- Apply DevSecOps practices, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement
- Collaborate with Developers, Platform Engineers, AI Engineers, and Operations teams
- Maintain standards, documentation, and operational runbooks
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar
- Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, including Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards, and Service Connections
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Deep understanding of Azure networking, identity, compute, storage, and security
- Strong experience designing and automating CI/CD pipelines
- Git, branching strategies, and release management
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / AKS
- Automation scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Grafana
- Knowledge of Azure Policy, Key Vault, RBAC, and DevSecOps controls
- Experience with automated testing, code-quality gates, and deployment validation
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and platform engineering practices
- Proficiency in Greek and English
- Databricks experience
- ML platform deployment experience
- AI workload automation
