ECM Platform Engineer

As an ECM Platform Engineer, you will support enterprise content management platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. This role is responsible for the full platform lifecycle, including new initiatives, system enhancements, deployments, administration, troubleshooting, and production support.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Provide L1/L2 support for IBM FileNet, Datacap, Content Navigator, and WebSphere applications.
Troubleshoot user issues related to login, document viewing, uploading, workflows, and integrations.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability across ECM and supporting platforms.

What You Will Need (Required Skills)

Working knowledge of IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and WebSphere.
Familiarity with Linux environments and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
Understanding of authentication and security concepts (SAML/OIDC, OAuth, Kerberos).
Ability to analyze logs, troubleshooting issues, and follow structured support processes.
Experience using ticketing systems and ITIL-based incident management.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Perform regular vulnerability assessments, coordinate with security teams, and remediate findings across FileNet, ICN, WebSphere, JAVA, and supporting infrastructure.
Programming experience with JavaScript, Dojo, Java, Python, and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Shell.
