Adree is seeking a highly motivated Senior Automation Tester to join our vibrant Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our testing processes through automation, thereby ensuring the robustness and reliability of our software products. This position demands a strong technical acumen, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts utilizing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and specifications, ensuring clear understanding prior to test planning.
- Implement test automation best practices and continuously improve the automation framework.
- Perform regression testing and maintain existing automated tests post-deployment.
- Analyze test results, track defects, and document the testing phase to facilitate thorough reviews.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in best practices for automation testing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall improvement of testing and development processes.
- 4+ years of professional experience in automation testing.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong experience with automation testing frameworks and tools, especially Selenium and Appium.
- Solid understanding of various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate testing issues clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is an advantage.
