Senior Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our team and play a key role in testing customer CRM integrations. In this role, you will support customers' existing test automation, resolve bugs, and test implemented features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs.

• 6+ years’ experience in software testing or QA, preferably in SaaS or web applications
• Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
• Experience in front-end testing of web applications
• Bxperience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
• Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux

Desirable skills:

• Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java
• Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance)
• Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus
