Job overview:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our engineering team at Moneybase. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web applications

• Build UI test suites using Playwright and Mocha (Cucumber – optional)

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing

• Design and execute API automation tests for RESTful services

• Run cross-browser testing via BrowserStack

• Integrate reporting with Allure Reports

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality gates

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC

• Conduct exploratory testing and manage defect lifecycle

• Maintain test documentation and validate data using SQL

• 5+ Years of experience as a Senior Automation QA

• Experience with Node.JS

• Strong experience in QA Automation / SDET roles

• Hands-on with: Playwright, Mocha, BrowserStack, Allure Reports

• Good knowledge of BDD/TDD and test automation architecture

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and Git workflows

• Proficiency in API testing and SQL

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript

Nice to have

• Mobile automation (e.g., Appium)

• Security testing fundamentals

• Microservices testing experience
