Ciklum is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:
As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Architect the automated testing framework to evaluate AI prompt adherence and guardrails for voice and text interfaces
- Design validation strategies for the Ultimate-to-Helix migration and lead overall quality for transcription and intent recognition
- Understand our systems and what we are trying to create
- Help guide developers on what levels of testing should be included as part of their development work
- Scope out and help execute integration tests
- Contribute to our release testing regression pack
- Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness
- Target the level of testing needed for projects at different stages of developement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation
- Experience writing and maintaining code in Java, whether automation or as a developer
- Experience with API testing
- Experience with testing IT support systems
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture testing
- Nice to have the experience with Kubernetes, Docker
- Excellent knowledge of different testing methods, techniques, types, and methodologies
- Experience in the creation or active maintenance of test documentation
- Coaching developers and working with other QEs to achieve results
- Experience in the creation of automation frameworks from scratch
- An understanding of different tools used for automation
- Experience with BDD, ATDD, or TDD approaches
- Experience with implementation of continuous integration processes and tools, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience of working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban development environment
- Being comfortable with the unknowns
