Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support in auto-charting and creation of dynamic market research reports and interactive dashboards
- Support in design and visualization of online and offline presentation and/or materials
- Translate research reporting requirements into technical specifications
- Proactively involve in data preparation and data tabulation (with macro)
- Provide on-the-job guidance to junior associate(s) when required
- Participate in on-going process improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency
- Take lead in data checking and quality assurance for all projects
- Take lead in project management and ensure timely project delivery with no-to-minimum quality issue
- Communicate effectively between internal stakeholders and team members
- Proactively respond to requests submitted by internal stakeholders from various Ipsos offices
Requirement for this position
- At least 2 years of experience in dealing with data and/or data tables
- Able to understand the relationship/logic between data and report/visualization
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Highly proficient in Excel – able to use advanced functions and features
- Good VBA and debugging skill
- Knowledge or experience in creating dynamic dashboards
- High expectation of quality output by self and team
- Proactive/ Self-motivated
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently
