Key Responsibilities
Design scalable cloud-native architectures for Kubernetes monitoring.
Lead development of Kubernetes monitoring agents and telemetry pipelines.
Build highly available backend services for metrics, logs, events, and traces.
Design and optimize OpenTelemetry Collector configurations and pipelines.
Develop integrations with Kubernetes APIs and cloud-native ecosystems.
Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of telemetry ingestion systems.
Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Drive engineering best practices, testing, and code quality.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and SRE teams to define technical roadmaps.
What You'll Need:
5 to 6 years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise application.
BS or above degree in computer science or related field.
Familiar with latest Java/Go/Python development framework and open-source tools.

Skills Required
- 5+ years experience in test case design, implementation, execution, and test automation for commercial/enterprise applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python or Java and ability to review code
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Pytest and Selenium for REST API and CLI automation
- Experience with Agentic AI Testing, Agent Integrations, and Agent Delivery
- Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks
- Hands-on knowledge of Linux platforms (file/process management, networking, deployment)
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (file/process management, networking, deployment)
- Working knowledge of SNMP and WMI protocols and OS systems-level understanding
- Hands-on experience using REST APIs
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with agile processes, QA testing process, and test estimation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading large initiatives and mentoring other QA engineers
- Experience using AI developer tools (Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity
- Designing performance test scenarios, test scripting, and executing performance tests
- Knowledge of profiling tools to identify CPU, memory, and latency bottlenecks
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo
- Experience in IT infrastructure monitoring domain
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Redis, Kafka
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo)
