The Role
Softeta is an IT consulting and custom software development company that works with mid-sized and large businesses across Europe. We help clients modernize systems, build tailored digital solutions, and prepare their data infrastructure for AI and automation.
We are currently seeking a Senior Automation Engineer (Desktop).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Windows desktop (on-prem) applications using C#.
- Build scalable and maintainable test automation solutions based on the Page/Object Model pattern.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end automation process, from framework design to implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with QA, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Requirements
- Strong C# experience
- Experience with Page/Object Model
- Solid background in test automation
- Experience testing and automating Windows on-prem / desktop applications
- English (professional working level)
- Senior or strong upper Mid-level
- FlaUI experience (nice to have)
- German language (nice to have)
