Profile Requirements:
- Min 5-8+ years experience as a Senior Developer
- Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions
- Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python and related technologies
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions
- Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning
- Skill & Experience – Desired
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Agile/Scrum certification
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory)
- UiPath Senior Developer Certification (mandatory)
- Additional technical certifications, including ABBYY (desired)

- Position overview
- Lead technical development and implementation of enterprise solutions with focus on RPA and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development team members
- Drive architectural decisions and best practices implementation
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex software solutions using UiPath, ABBYY and related technologies
- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Establish development standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimise existing automation solutions for performance and scalability
- Participate in project planning and estimation
- Document technical specifications and solution architectures
- Ensure code quality through testing and validation
