Your Responsibilities:
Conduct data-driven analyses as part of internal audits to identify risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Support risk-based audit planning by providing analytical evaluations and data-driven insights.
Develop and standardize reusable analytical approaches for recurring audit areas.
Collaborate closely with auditors and audit teams and advise on suitable data sources, analytical methods, and interpretation of results.
Prepare and communicate analysis results through meaningful evaluations and visualizations for audit reports and management discussions.
Ensure data quality, data integrity, and proper documentation of analyses in accordance with internal audit standards.
Contribute to the further development of methods, tools, and best practices in the field of audit data analytics.
Support the introduction and further development of AI-supported analytics and continuous auditing approaches for the continuous monitoring of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience (5+ years) in Internal Audit, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or a comparable analytical role.
Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, ACL/IDEA, or similar tools).
Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Interest or practical experience in applying AI and advanced analytical methods in audit, risk, or compliance environments.
Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
