Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Onboarding and Billing Specialist to join our Global Customer Care team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end closure process for outgoing customers and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients through precise account setup and billing configuration. You will serve as a vital link between upstream and downstream teams to reduce errors, drive process innovations, and maintain the highest standards of customer service excellence.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Execute the end-to-end customer onboarding and offboarding process, including account setup, profile amendments, and the creation of work orders within the billing system to ensure a standardized and efficient transition.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to verify billing information, update price schedules, and manage Line of Business requirements to ensure data accuracy and minimize service escalations.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by performing rigorous validation of customer data and driving continuous process improvements through innovative ideas and strategic implementation across regional countries.
The ideal candidate will have:
experience in customer care, post-sale support, or billing operations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Excel, specifically regarding data entry and account management.
Proven ability in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage complex billing cycles and payment terms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and the ability to act tactically in a fast-paced environment.
