The Senior Associate candidate is responsible for providing the firm’s global client base with rigorous, insightful, evidence-based market and policy-oriented research on political, economic, business and geostrategic trends.

What To Expect In This Position:
Working in the Advisory team, the successful candidate will undertake original, forward-looking analysis and contribute to and manage projects that help clients assess the implications of global developments on their commercial and institutional interests.
The successful candidate will work on client facing projects from day one and play a vital role in project development and delivery, and will be expected to work to deadlines on several engagements simultaneously.
The role also involves client interaction on projects and for proposal writing.
An ability to present findings clearly is key, including sophisticated use of Powerpoint and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills will be required for developing relationships with clients, experts and colleagues
Fast-rising responsibility for managing complex projects and engaging with clients
What Sets You Apart:
Graduate qualifications and/or professional experience in political science, economics, international relations, public policy or a related field
Exceptional writing skills, including 4 to 7 years’ experience contributing to external facing research reports, white papers and/or thought leadership content
Strong research and analysis skills, including in a variety of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies
An ability to manage experts and more junior colleagues productively
Relevant knowledge of project management and business development, including preparing proposals
Analytical creativity and an ability to ‘prove out’ robust, evidence-based big ideas
