- Lead and direct diverse project teams through hands-on approaches to execute solutions and achieve project goals
- Responsible for specific components of a project (projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge)
- Support senior management in developing strategic directions and implementation plans

- Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, other business-related fields, with excellent academic performance
- At least 5 years of relevant experience at top-tier consulting firms OR a strong academic record from a top-tier MBA program
- Industry expertise in automotive, agricultural, and food sectors preferred
- Professional experience in operations management is a plus, including: Manufacturing operations, Production control, Process improvement initiatives, Product development, New business development.
- Strong command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Strong research and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency
- Exceptional ability to create professional deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports
