The Role
Own end-to-end logistics operations across assigned regions, coordinating fleet, order fulfillment, vendors, warehouses, and service providers. Monitor operational metrics, resolve pickup and delivery exceptions, enforce SLAs and SOPs, and drive process improvements. Build performance scorecards, analyze dashboards, conduct partner reviews and field audits, and collaborate with Product and Technology teams on automation and operational visibility.

- Coordinate and monitor ground logistics fleet
- Act as control tower — monitor order lifecycle from creation to closure daily
- Track pending/failed pickups, aging orders, escalations, and exceptions; drive timely resolution

- Build and maintain performance scorecards for regions, cities, and vendors
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve cost, speed, and experience
Technology & Process Excellence
- Leverage platforms for visibility and control; champion adoption of new tools and dashboards
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to identify automation opportunities
- Enforce SOP compliance across all operational stakeholders
Field Operations & Governance
- Conduct regular field visits to partner locations, warehouses, and hubs
- Perform audits; identify operational gaps and implement fixes with accountability
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
