Ideal qualifications and personal characteristics:
Two German State Exams in Law (juristische Staatsexamen), passed with at least the grade of Fully Satisfactory (vollbefriedigend), or equivalent foreign qualifications (particularly Solicitor (UK) or similar)
Several years of professional and negotiation experience
Excellent English language skills
Enthusiasm for challenging legal work, combined with pragmatism and a realistic outlook
Willingness to travel
Interest in technical matters
