- Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience
- Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required)
- Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!
- User Experience Optimization: Help evaluate and improve the booking experience through testing and user journey tracking
- User Research: Conduct user interviews and surveys, and analyze findings to generate actionable insights
- Strategy Execution: Work closely with senior planning members to support topline and bottom-line growth for the vertical
- Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Team player who communicates openly and collaborates effectively
