About your role
As Sr. Practitioner UX/UI, you will designing pixel-perfect UI for native mobile apps, creating (or participating in
evolving) design systems, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes. This role an expert in typography, color theory,
grid systems, iconography, visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, WCAG accessibility standards, and platform
(design system) guidelines (such as, iOS, Material Design, etc). You are skilled in Sketch, Figma, and Axure with
strong collaboration, communication, and UI auditing capabilities against different compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• UI Design & Development
o Design and implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
o Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality UI components.
o Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration
o Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver seamless experiences.
o Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Performance & Accessibility
o Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
o Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Innovation
o Stay updated with UI trends, tools, and technologies.
o Advocate for best practices in UI design and front-end development.
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Design Tools:
o Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design:
o Ability to create mobile-first, responsive layouts.
• Design Systems & Component Libraries:
o Experience in building and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries.
• Accessibility & Usability:
o Knowledge of WCAG, ARIA roles, and inclusive design principles.
• Cross-Browser & Cross-Platform Testing
• Effective documentation, annotation, version control & collaboration
