FGS Global is the world’s leading stakeholder strategy firm, with approximately 1,400 professionals around the world, advising clients in navigating critical issues and reputational challenges. FGS was formed from the combination of Finsbury, The Glover Park Group, Hering Schuppener and Sard Verbinnen & Co to offer board-level and C-suite counsel in all aspects of stakeholder strategy — including corporate reputation, crisis management, and public affairs and is also the leading force in transaction and financial communications worldwide.

Our Transaction & Financial Communications practice sits at the heart of the most consequential moments in corporate life. When companies go public, pursue a major acquisition, face an activist investor, or navigate a complex restructuring, they turn to us. We help them shape their story, engage the right stakeholders, and communicate with clarity to investors, to the market, and to the world.

With a team of close to 50 consultants across our offices in The Hague and Amsterdam, we are always looking for talented individuals who are eager to advance their careers and contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our firm. Our work is fast-paced and exciting: you will work on exchange-listed transactions and high-profile M&A deals, advise companies on their strategic positioning, and help build the stakeholder and media relationships that make transactions succeed. If you have a background in communications, journalism, consulting, investor relations or finance, thrive under pressure, and want to work alongside colleagues across our global network on complex, consequential mandates, we’d like to hear from you.

Does this sound like you? Then we look forward to your application.
