Job Summary:
As a Test Automation Associate within the Automation Services Team, you play a pivotal role in advancing our change program delivery. You will oversee the execution and quality of complex automation projects, ensuring seamless integration and compliance. Your contributions will empower the team to make data-driven decisions and deliver robust automation solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technology components of diverse automation projects, focusing on execution, timing, functionality, and quality.
  • Communicate with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
  • Contribute to strategy formulation for project leadership and functional areas.
  • Produce metrics, KPIs, and analyses to support data-driven automation decisions.
  • Design and implement solutions to automate, capture, collate, store, and maintain real-time test data.
  • Define and implement data validation approaches to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
  • Monitor data standards and consistency through iterative testing, especially during feature integration.
  • Manage datasets for automation testing and those provided or used by vendors.
  • Lead daily automation testing efforts and coordinate team activities.
  • Identify opportunities for testing automation and project synergies.
  • Ensure adherence to firm-wide standards, controls, and governance for intelligent automation solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Hold a bachelor's or higher degree with over 8 years of experience in test design, execution, and management in financial services.
  • Demonstrate expertise in architecting, developing, and maintaining innovative test automation environments..
  • Execute hands-on automation testing and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Groovy, and BDD.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for streamlined automation processes.
  • Perform API testing by designing, executing, and validating test cases for robust integration.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Integrate with applications deployed on AWS Cloud.
  • Apply knowledge of HTML5, AngularJS, and ReactJS UI in automation projects.
  • Demonstrate functional understanding of Client Onboarding processes.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance automation outcomes.
  • Innovate automation solutions to address emerging business needs.
  • Analyze automation trends to recommend process improvements and Apply advanced Java programming skills and write VB & Java scripting, with Python as an added advantage
