We’re searching for a remote Senior Associate Technical Data Migration Consultant to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver successful healthcare data migration and conversion projects that support customer implementations and improve clinical operations. The Senior Associate Technical Data Migration Consultant will collaborate with clients and project teams to extract, transform, validate, and migrate healthcare data while supporting technical solutions that help organizations maximize the value of their healthcare technology investments.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Analyzing healthcare data from multiple source systems to support accurate and successful data conversion projects
- Developing SQL queries, transformation logic, and migration processes in order to deliver high-quality customer outcomes
- Collaborating with clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve data-related challenges
- Testing, validating, and reconciling converted data in order to ensure data integrity and migration accuracy
- Leveraging AI-assisted tools and established methodologies to improve delivery efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and support scalable service solutions
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- 1-3 years of experience working with healthcare data, data migration, data conversion, or related technical consulting roles
- Proven success in analyzing, transforming, validating, and reconciling data to support business or customer objectives
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and healthcare data formats such as HL7, CDA, CSV, and other structured data sources
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel and flexibility to support weekend or evening client go-live activities as needed
- Sincere interest in healthcare technology and improving patient care through data-driven solutions
- A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional project teams while building strong customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
- Experience with EHR/EMR platforms such as Epic, MEDITECH, Cerner, or Allscripts preferred
- Familiarity with HL7, SSIS, Microsoft Access, Oracle, ODBC, and OLE DB preferred
