The p r i mary focus of the SA is to pr ovid e pr oject level systems analysis with an emphasis on Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation activities . Applications in scope include in-house customized GXP and non-GXP software systems as well as COTS (Customized off the shelf) GXP and non-GXP systems . The SA will manage pr oduct/system requirements or User Story Acceptance Criteria (AC) in Jira with collaboration with the business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) . The SA will ensure the Dev team and Test team have full understanding of the ACs of each user story . Additionally, the SA will pr ovide the support to the agile team of the pr oduct's feature s and functionalities . The System Analyst collaborates with other Digital disciplines and service pr oviders including the Pr oduct team, Compliance re pr esentatives/QA, and vendor partners.
Key responsibilities are below.

  • Creat ion of stories and bugs
  • Creat ing and groom ing ACs for all user stories
  • Collaborating with the business SMEs to ensure each user story/bugs capture the customer's requirements
  • R out ing stories /defects for review and ap pr oval
  • Demo ing and explain ing the system functionalities ACs to the team
  • Communicat ing with developers and testers by explaining and demonstrating the requirements (user stor y ACs) to ensure full understanding
  • C o llaborat ing with U ser Experience (UX) Designer s


Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or relevant disciplines required


Pr i or Experience:

  • 3+ years' business analyst experience c ontributing to IT pr ojects
  • Experience with/exposure to the software development life cycle
  • Good documentation experience
  • Strong pr oblem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach pr oductive decisions based on informed judg e men t


Basic Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of feature pr i orit i zation techniques
  • Foundational knowledge and methods to identify , engage, and build empathy with their customers, and apply these methods to their daily wor k
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can wor k effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive pr ogress toward completion with pr oper planning and management
  • Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, activity diagrams and use cases
  • Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to pr oduce and track multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Extensive experience with Jira and Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel, Outlook)
  • Manage cross team collaborative efforts
  • Facilitation, negotiating , and pr esentation skills
  • Experience wor k ing in ambiguous situations
  • Willingness to wor k either informally or formally contributing on various-size teams of technologists, IT pr ofessionals or pr oject managers using Agile, DevOps, and other ap pr oaches for iterative development
  • Ability/desire to collaborate and wor k effectively in team settings, frequently in virtual teams with client partner and custom er engagement responsibilities


Pr eferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Jira and Agile software pr actices
  • Education in Life Science-related field of study
  • Good understanding of Pfizer's Business Technology
  • Strong analytics skills and knowledge about the biopharmaceutical industry
