Summary of Position
The Senior Associate, Strategic Client Marketing will support on the Strategic Client Marketing team and focus on developing, executing, and measuring the engagement strategy for key client accounts (including Employers, Health and Hospital systems, and strategic partnerships). This B2B2C role is highly cross functional where you will work internally with many other teams to create innovative engagement tactics that work for various and complex clients.
Building on foundational marketing knowledge you will guide client’s engagement strategies across the spectrum of Teladoc Health’s service offerings. You will work cross functionally with internal client management and automation teams to build content and campaigns that engage targeted member segments and advance client relationships. This is a fast paced and highly collaborative marketing role that is consumer focused. You will leverage strong client management skills and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a member engagement subject matter expert to internal product, sales, and account teams as well as externally with strategic clients.
- Drive overall member awareness and adoption of Teladoc Health services offered by our strategic clients.
- Understand client contracts and relevant contractual performance guarantees to inform marketing and revenue growth strategies.
- Support a book of strategic client relationships and advocate cross-functionally for client’s needs.
- Partner with our account teams and strategic clients to consult on marketing best practices and develop engagement campaign strategies.
- Work with channel owners and internal marketing counterparts to operationalize engagement strategies, while also sharing client feedback with marketing partners for future optimizations.
- Track and document the success of your client’s campaigns, glean insights/learnings, and report them out to senior leadership.
- Contribute to monthly enrollment and visit forecast accuracy by providing client level insights around campaign activity.
- Cultivate new ideas that directly correlate to specific market and member needs.
- Lead team trainings and special projects to foster and grow relationships with teammates and key internal partners.

Qualifications Expected for Position
- 3-5 years of consumer marketing experience; client facing experience strongly preferred
- A track record of successfully managing and executing on a variety of projects, specifically experience executing multi-channel (email, direct mail, telephonic, etc.) targeted campaigns
- An independent self-starter who has a strategic and flexible mindset and can lead with minimal oversight and when directional changes occur
- Ability to develop deep relationships and partner with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to creatively problem solve to meet ongoing business and marketing challenges with appropriate solutions
- Independent thinker who’s able to breakdown problems, assess opportunity, and develop big ideas and priorities to move them forward
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and lead strategic marketing discussions with large strategic clients and Fortune 500 companies
- Comfortable and able to thrive in a process driven organization
- Excels at managing time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- Energy and passion for working collaboratively and delivering results in a fast-paced, fluid environment

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
