- Execute and monitor portfolio rebalances, cash flows, and index/model updates across Solutions and Index accounts.
- Perform daily oversight of positions, exposures, cash, and tracking error, escalating issues as needed.
- Monitor and resolve guideline breaches, exceptions, and data discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Trading on implementation timing, liquidity constraints, and execution sequencing.
- Support new account onboarding and mandate changes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure pricing, cash, and model inputs are applied consistently across account groups.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives; help reduce manual touchpoints.
- Coach junior team members and support knowledge sharing and training.
Experience & Knowledge
- In line with Article 6-1 (acting as an associated person of a STIE engaged in business activities set out in Article 2, paragraph 2), the passing of one of the four qualifications;
1. Securities Investment Analyst Examination (this exam is highly challenging; holders of the analyst certificate are also qualified to serve as Portfolio Managers); or
2. SITCA Examination; or
3. Senior Securities Specialist Examination; or
4. Trust Business Professional Examination, together with the SITCA Regulations.
- At least 5 years’ experience supporting ETFs with an emphasis on implementation and operational processes across Asian markets.
- Understanding of rebalancing mechanics, index tracking, and guideline monitoring.
- A good understanding of Equity and Fixed Income markets.
- Exposure to launch & implementation requirements for ETFs in Asian markets.
