The Digital Revenue Management (RM) Creation Center team manages technology strategy and delivery for the US Market Access (USMA) Operations Business within the Global Access & Value (GAV) organization. Pharmaceutical pricing is at the forefront of the U.S. national discussion for healthcare costs. The RM Creation team plays a critical role in ensuring patients have access to breakthrough medicines through efficient channels at affordable pricing.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as developer for developing and delivering reports that inform business decision making.
  • Work as developer for developing and delivering system enhancements according to business requirements.
  • Responsible for requirements documentation, business analysis and process optimization.
  • Responsible for coordinating the deployment process with various Pfizer Digital teams.
  • Responsible for work efforts across functional areas within RM.
  • Must be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of tasks simultaneously such as organize presentations for upper management, perform system testing, and organize meetings.
  • Work with peers in Pfizer Digital to project financial estimates for small projects.
  • Manage business request prioritization with peers in Pfizer Digital.
  • Organize project deliverables for the Digital RM team.
  • Help promote the Purpose Blueprint for all projects.
  • Work with peers to manage project delivery through the system development lifecycle (SDLC) and through Agile Delivery.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a Computer Science or Business Management field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a large corporate setting with an emphasis on solutions and application development.
  • Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment.
  • Development skills in Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica IICS, Business Objects, Tableau, AWS, Unix Scripting.
  • Willingness to take risks without fear of making mistakes.
  • Understanding of solutions delivery and delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Strong organization and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
  • Competency in understanding organizational behaviors in a large corporate environment.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle management including requirements definition, design, testing and implementation.
  • Experience with external Contract Management vendor solutions such as the ModelN FLEX application.
  • Some knowledge of Java or a Microsoft platform such as .NET.
  • Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics and services technologies.
  • Experience building relationships with both business partners and Digital technical teams.
