About Role
In this role, the Senior Associate of Social Media will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing strategy and content to support initiatives like product launches, resurfaces, promotions, etc across all social media channels for both bridal and fine jewelry. You will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Social Media, Social Media & Content Assistant, Asset Creator, and Senior Coordinator of Content Production with conceptualization and content creation across all campaigns. This role will report into the Senior Social Media Marketing Manager but work closely with the CEO and Founder.
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance to identify and execute against TikTok and Youtube strategy to reach a new audience
- Assist in day-to-day channel management from ideation to execution; including creating social briefs, scheduling and maintaining an organized social calendar across platforms
- Lead posting of content across social platforms including but not limited to the brand’s TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Create social briefs for photoshoots, events, content days, and content for the CEO
- Collaborate with Senior Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and revenue
- Publishes all social content including weekends and holidays to maintain social presence and build brand awareness on cross channels
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all deliverables
- Maintain direct communication with the RC community and customers while engaging with user generated content and responding to stories, direct messages, posts, and comments reflective of the brand voice
- Collaborate with the bridal merchandising and diamond sales team to convey product knowledge and push in-stock inventory of engagement brands and wedding bands across all social media platforms
- Collaborate with the fine jewelry merchandising and product development team to convey product knowledge and marketing fine jewelry pieces across all social media platforms
- Assist the Senior Coordinator of Content Production and Asset Creator in content creation, shooting videos and imagery for social media channels
- Work with Senior Social Media Manager to create weekly, monthly, and promotion based reports with top/bottom performing content insights and actionable takeaways
- Ability to hit key social and engagement metrics

Requirements
- 3-4 years of social media experience, ideally at a social media focused or influencer lifestyle brand
- Has experience selling product through social media
- Familiarity with social publishing and listening tools like Canva, Figma, Dash Hudson, CapCut, AirTable and Triple Whale, a plus
Details - NYC
- Hybrid role located in midtown NYC, minimum of 3 days in office per week
- Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season or sales)
